Please read these terms carefully. By using Astroadamar, you agree to these conditions.

1. Service Description

Astroadamar is a subscription-based AI companion and navigation app for Australian truck drivers. It includes voice AI (Astro), truck-safe navigation, bridge height avoidance, job matching, marketplace listings, and emotional support features.

2. Disclaimers

⚠️ Fatigue Management & Safe Driving: Astro provides general trip, route, and rest-stop information only. The driver remains solely responsible for complying with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) fatigue management rules, work/rest hour limits, and their own safe driving judgement at all times. This app is not a substitute for mandatory fatigue management compliance and must never be interacted with in a way that distracts from safe driving.

Not Legal/Financial Advice: Astro does not provide legal or financial advice. For job terms, payment, and contracts, verify directly with employers.

Navigation Guidance Only: Navigation is guidance only. Drivers must obey road signs, traffic laws, and current road conditions. Astroadamar is not liable for routing errors, bridge strikes, or road incidents.

3. Pricing & Subscriptions

Driver Companion: $17.99/month or $179/year (AUD)

Marketplace Availability Listing: Free for subscribers; $10 for 3 months for non-subscribers

Company Job Post: $17 per post ($15 + $2 service fee)

Connection Fee: $29 (paid by company/employer; drivers never pay)

Company Pro: $49/month

Company Enterprise: $149/month

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime via Stripe or app settings. Refunds are handled per Stripe policy and Australian consumer law.

4. Marketplace Rules

  • Public listings show limited work-only information. Contact details are only released after the connection fee is paid.
  • Drivers/operators never pay connection fees — only companies/employers pay.
  • Users are responsible for confirming job details, pay rates, and terms directly with employers.
  • False or misleading listings may be removed by admins without refund.
  • Astroadamar is a platform and is not a party to any agreement between drivers and companies.

5. Privacy & Data

  • Your Companion Profile is private and never shared with companies or made public.
  • Your Work Profile (if created) is public but contains only work-related details you choose to publish.
  • Location sharing is opt-in and can be paused at any time.
  • Memory can be viewed, deleted, or disabled in Settings.
  • Account deletion removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the app while driving in a way that violates road laws.
  • Do not post abusive, illegal, or misleading content on Road Feed or marketplace.
  • Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls.
  • Do not share API keys or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Road Feed & Community

Road Feed is a subscriber-only social feature. Posts can be reported by the community. Content that receives multiple reports may be hidden automatically. Admins can delete, hide, or unhide posts. Abuse of the reporting system may result in account suspension.

8. Service Availability

Astroadamar relies on third-party services (HERE, Hume, Hugging Face, Stripe). If these services experience outages, some features may be unavailable. We implement fallbacks where possible but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Liability

Astroadamar is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including navigation errors, missed jobs, payment disputes, or reliance on AI-generated advice. Australian consumer law guarantees apply where not excluded.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
